Can't remember name of game...

Can anyone remember a sci-fi game that was said to be in development about 2 years ago when someone posted some screenshots, mostly of planets and a ship landing on one.

I'm wandering what happened to it because it sounded cool at the time, I think it was a small team working on it but I can't for the life of me remember the name, there was also a short (less than a minute) video of a ship landing on the planet and it looked spectacular.

I think it was a MMO that was like Elite series, but unlike that and EVE you could get out of your ship and walk around the surface.

Earth and Beyond your avatar could walk around space station, and you could fly down onto planets and fight in atmosphere....ummm but it was taken out of commission....other than that, i dunno sorry.
