Special rule server: New server that wouldn't allow 3rd party apps/automated programs

...running in the background with the ability to detect these programs via PUNKBUSTER (Used with many of todays Online games) or HAKPROTECT (used with Lineage2 and other MMO games).
A special rule server would give people a real choice instead of being told to IGNORE IT, DONT USE IT, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS and let people play the way they want....that's not a choice! that's doing NOTHING and the only thing most can do who don't like the way the game is being played today is to be vocal about it on these message boards.
I would like to see a SPECIAL RULE server where no macros or 3rd party apps are aloud, unlike current servers...If there is enough interest in such a thing (Which I think there is) they could add PUNKBUSTER or HACKPROTECT support into this game which detects for 3rd party apps before entering the game. PUNKBUSTER OR HACKPROTECT also updates itself with a server so it could keep up to date with what's running out there. I think anything is hackable/crackable but this would stop the majority from playing unfairly If there is enough people wanting it I also wouldnt mind seeing a server that allows UCM, has chains of old allowed and encourages people to automate the game till your hearts content!
Special rule servers are the only way to go and gives people a real choice of how they want to play the game...
