I am having some problems with this site http://trial.ac.turbine.com i am trying to get a trial key, i have the game downloaded, but whenever I goto that site to get my key i just get a blank white page and nothing is ever sent to my email. I was wondering if i may get some nice body out there to do me a fav if you dont have anything more important to do and can spare a few mins of your time could someone pls goto this site grab a game key for me and send it to my mailbox on this site

The trial is broken. I emailed Turbine about it. I'm not currently subscribed, but someone who is should message Frelorn on the official message boards.
Maybe I'm paranoid but perhaps this is a sign AC is going to be shutting down in the coming months? Soon the option to buy and download will disappear...
I helped a friend of mine download and sign up for the trial, this was one week ago, and we encountered no problems at all.

I'm still waiting to see how this hiring and the unannounced title all shakes out. If they are doing anything AC related they will need to shut down AC1 and immediately announce something new to the AC franchise to offset the current pissed off subscribers and potentially bad PR. At some point if they want to move the AC franchise forward they are going to have to shut AC1 down and bring the game up to date with LoTRO and DDO tech.
There is a lot of really interesting stuff going on with Turbine and their whole Venture Capital situation. I think that was probably the main reason for the shake out of Jeff Anderson, one of the milestones was missed on the loan and the VC people probably gained alot more control of Turbine. Notice how the new CEO was one of the main VC guys they are involved with? The one good and bad thing about VC is they want to make money and get a decent return on their investment. I think they realize the current momentum that LoTRO has and want to take advantage of that as much as possible by releasing a new game and gain more subscribers accross the board.
Turbine could use one more game that is different from LoTRO and DDO that leverages their current engine and development tools. A new AC game would be so cool especially if they could start getting the SOE station pass type thing going.
That they are mostly just interested in getting a return could also be a bad thing for their games.
