Problems signing up for newsletter

my friend and i plan on playing aoc at launch so we went to ageofconan.com and i signed up for the 'Clan of Conan' for the newsletter and free beer cloak. it said i had joined and that the latest newsletter was on the way to the email adress i had given them, and yet here i am 2 days later, without my newsletter. Can someone please shine some light on this? (btw i am sure i gave the right email adress)

The newsletter can sometimes be notorious for being late arriving by email

Yeah this happened to me also. I signed up back in Aug and didnt have only received one issue since then. No other email comfirming i am on any type of list or anything.

Im not too concerned about the newsletters since i can get those on the site. What i want is the beer cloak and the beta sign up!

I've had problems getting the newsletter as well.  I'll usually read it on the website and then get it in my inbox a few days later.  It's to be expected with so many subscribers.

I've come across the same problem except for I have yet to recieve a single newsletter in my e-mail for the past 6 months. I even e-mailed customer service and they responded a few days later claiming the issue was resolved and that everything was working as planned. Weeks later still no newsletter. My only concern is that I will miss out on the free in game item which would really piss me off.  Let me know if anyone else has the same conern.
