Looking for an undeveloped game

Basically I'm looking for a game that's still in development and has devs with awesome ideas, but are all half way there and aren't really going to go much further. Not too sure why, but this is what I've been looking for. Anyone know of any game that kinda fits this?

    I changed my mind. PlaneShift is not worth the time.
