Hey, Im coming from eve online, and im a hardcore Pvper....
I was wondering if this game will satisfy my lust for pvp? (where pvp makes a difference, player looting, and NON CONSENUAL pvp)

The PW pvp system is very much like Lineage 2 (which is one of the best pvp systems).
Open pvp starts at lvl 30. In the higher levels (starting from 50+, you are not strong enough before that) you have guild wars and territorial wars with territorial ownership. So, like in Eve, you need to work in a team to secure your land.
If I kill someone do they lose all their equipment?
They don't lose "all" their equipment, but they drop parts.
But, there is a downside. The hardcore players will purchase items from the online mall that will make their chosen equipment parts undropable.
But then again, if you come to think about it, if you take into account that people (especially most of the hardcore players) purchase online gold in all of the mmos, the online mall system is the best way to deal with the problem. It is absolutely not needed to play the game, but it's there for those who want it. So everyone stands on the same foot.

n00bs buy gold not hardcore people, hardcore people loot high end items and sell it so they dont need to buy.
