Heh. MMOs were interesting before 2003, but prohibitively expensive to play (dial-up). Then DSL came along. Then hubby made the MAJOR mistake of getting me interested in SWG. The rest is history.
There's a lot more women in MMOs then the 'boys' think, we're just fond of creating gender confusion: many roll male toons - we like something to look at too, you know - others make it a sport to suggest to horny little boys that 'uhm, this is the internet, dude, don't you know most female toons are played by men? Geesh'.

lol ya i know.. but thanks to vent. and TS.. we know who you are in all the games i played including SWG as well.. i knew most of the people buy real name.. as in the guilds i used to run vent was part fo joining the guild..
now a days im more casual .. but still in EVE i know we have 4 real girls.. and the rest about 40 others are all guys lol.. but then again back when i played SWG it was more like 2 girls for 80 guys. and the 2 girls where my GF and the girl next door because i got her into it lol... now she is a WOW nut as well
but as for the coment after your post about there being more girls playing then guys i would not agree with that statment..

Lol. Gotta be kidding me... I know at least ONE (me). And I assure you we've had more than one other real female in beta.Well PotBS seems to be an exception as ive yet to see or hear a single female in the last six months

Speaking for my own beta experience, I hardly ever grouped and never had voice on...so how would you even know?
