Hello good people of MMORPG.com, I have read your forums over the past few months and you talk about interresting things and I enjoy reading, but I have not signed up untill now.
I am looking for a game witch is more of politics or how I should say, where I can control a piece of land, or area, or similar, where I can then raise or be part of a community. Where I can build or help build economies, cities, or just simple building under a tree. You see what I mean?
I think that this will be a really cool game, and that you on MMORPG.com knows one if it exists, I would very much appreciate if you can tell me.
Thank you in advance.

Wurm online might be your thing. Waiting till the release of Darkfall (if ever being released) would not be an bad idea either.
Hello. Thank you Coman, I will look at this Wurm Online game.
I would be very happy if I can maybe find a island or a spot in a desert where I can put a house, and maybe I can find some people and we can live together and help each other.
Thank you.

Good luck if you decide to give it a go , as for the server population , Europe-Chimaera for europeans mainly , and Bria / Bloodfin for US people

I've been hoping for a game like this as well since the old days of Ultima Online. UO is still a good game in the subject of player housing, but if you're a star wars fan try SWG. SWG, in my opinion, is a poor game now though. EQ2 might be worth a look, as well as Dark Age of Camelot. There should be trials for all of them so I'd go and start trying out the game first to make sure you like the gameplay.
You could give Second Life a try. Technically it is F2P, but you can purchase in-game currency so you would be able to get land areas where you can build houses, towns or large-scale cities. Sadly the community in the game is filled with perverted lunatics.
Hello. Thank you all for your replies, I very much appreciate it. I have been playing this Wurm Online game, and it is very nice.
Thank you.
