Quick question about server

I am an 11 LM on Windfola and I have found that basically no one speaks to me when I try and chat with them. I have joined several groups and I never get any reply in the chat (I am doing it properly). Do people find LOTRO players unfriendly? I am nearly positive windfola is a US/English server but it is really hard to find information on the servers.

I'm on Elendilmir, and have no problems, people have been great all along and even PUGs are running for fun...not sure why you are having these problems. I'd recommend looking for a Kinship to start, it's a good way to build ingame friendships and fellowships.
