Is this a keypad?

Is this: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=157024 a number keypad like one found on the right side of most keyboards. If not can it be used like one?

    I don't think so. If you look at the enlarged picture, it has arrow keys, assignable blank keys, a d-pad, a trigger, and some other stuff that I have no idea what it is. Unless you have a thing for gaming, I don't think this is what you want.

    i've heard romours that console gamers use something called a joypad might be on of those.
