So in the game you have alot of possibilties to make your character. So what about through out the game can you change apperances or does your character get bigger of change in the matter that it would be noticable. To me to play through 80 lvl's looking the same is kind of boreing. So what do you think we expect to see?

I don't think any MMOG supported what you're saying with the exception of SWG which had (maybe still has) a profession you could use to change other people's appearance, and that was cool, like so many other cool things SWG had before it was ruined.
Anyway, that hardly seems like a important thing, wanted by the masses of people
NEW IDEAS that can refresh the STALE state of MMORPGs
I don't believe your character will change its looks during your level'ing up, but I can see some feature coming in the future, making you able to add tatoo's and get a new hair cut.
Atleast I know I grew terribly bored with the looks i made on my character years before.
Not a gamebreaking feature though, but many MMO players are so vain, hehe.
Characters can get tattoos and scars during leveling and during creation you can add scars - don't know how, but I am assuming vendors & quests.
I think what the OP is trying to suggest is that what you do in the game world have an affect on your toon. I don't know if any of you played Fable but in it your appearance would change depending on your alignment. Evil toons had horns, good ones had halos. Melee characters grew bigger, more muscular and all around more menacing as they gained levels and upgraded their skills. Casters became lanky and skinny. And there would be other combinations as well.
I think it would be interesting to implement something like this. For instance let your appearance reflect how you pump your stats as you level. If you pump strength you get bigger. If you do dexterity/agility you get lean and cut but not bulky. If you dump many stats into wisdom or charisma it should also reflect in your manners or speech or whatnot.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
This would be an interesting feature, but it's not listed as an AoC feature, and I haven't seen it in any MMO to date.
You can change some aspects of your appearance in game. Like Haircuts, beards, scars and tatoos.
"You are the hero our legends have foretold will save our tribe, therefore please go kill 10 pigs."
Yea im sure it was said further customization was available in game.
