Are they adding pvp?

Has there been an official statment on this?  If so i will return.  I was so excited about TR that I bought the CE and now do not even play it because of nothing to do past clvl 35.

    Clanwars are already ingame if you are in a PvP game. Ok, granted there isnt much incentive really for it right now, but that is coming with Clan Buffs and the like coming along in the next few patches (from what i hear)

    So no, they are not adding PvP to the game.
