I have started a Thane on a Classic server. And my son was going to start a toon as well. So I was wondering what classes will be good for him to start if we are planing on Duoing. Any opinions are out there?

He would be correct, the Skald is prolly the best choice, second choice is prolly a enhancement shaman for major buffs and heals for less downtown.
imo for RvR and PvP i would go thane/healer combo. base buffs from healer + celeirty if you go that way plus only then need spec buff potions. Healer has good heals and stuns and mezzes. If thane goes casting spec for rvr a 9 sec healer stun plus mezz etc n heals is well OP. melee spec would work aswell. Shaman would only be good for end regen buff n enhance specs n you can get endurance potions.
