Canceling the preorder but still getting the preorder key

in Pirates of the Burning Sea

Seems as no retail store in the UK are selling the preorder box of Pirates of the Burning Sea would it be possible to pro order the game and once i got my key cancel the preorder before the 22nd and not get charged?

 

If not has anyone got any sites that are not DLgamer, simplygames or gamesongames that sell the preorder pack.

    Well I ordered mine from the site FLS posted which was www.simplygames.com but I received an e-mail from www.gameseek.co.uk this morning and PotBS pre-order was featured in it.

    15 minutes until the servers are up isn't it?
