in Pirates of the Burning Sea

If i buy the preorder pack from DLgamer and get the preorder pack will i then have them charge the full price when the full game comes out because i only want the preorder key and it is impossible to find the preorder pack in the UK



The site says: re-order PotBS now at 10 €. You'll pay the difference (29.99 €) on the release date 1/22/2008
