Hey, Im new to the forums..
And thought i should give a post to see if anyone knows a good game, with great Roleplay?
I dont mind if it is P2P or F2P, But seeing as im running on a laptop, it has to be something that dosnt has ultimate graphics and stuff.
Ive already tried WoW (shudders) and CoH.. and i briefly tried LOTRO..
Can anyone suggest a new game? or if LOTRO is not as boring as i thought?
Thanks
-Jax

Try Nexustk:Kingdom of the Winds (Nexustk.com)
The game is 2D, with graphics however that are pretty decent for 2d, but its relative. If you can get past that however, you will gain from lots of different role-play experiences.
-Legend, Each player has an ingame page when you click on them, where you can view markings from all their good doings, heroic doings, attended events, pk events, If you anger a subpath with RP you can even get a red mark if you choose, or a blue mark which general is something good. White is usually the same as blue or neutral as well, and colors don't always matter. Some people have tiny legends and some have very long ones you can scroll through. Subpath leaders have abilities to mark other players when they win subpath events, not all tho of course
-Clans, Armies, and rings(smaller clans) are all PLAYER RUN, and if you want you can make a ring, and if your dedicated enough turn it into a full fledge clan, with a clan hall, npc's and 100+ members. If you really work hard on making a clan official you can even get a unique clan helmet, spear(for armies) etc.
-Subpaths, there are 4 of them per class, and there are four classes(Warrior, Rogue, Mage, Poet). 1 of the subpaths each for each class is non-player run, easy to join, and only provides advantages mainly for hunting. Then there are 3 player-run subpaths per class, all work very similiar to a clan/army with certain areas and npc's made for them, even private areas, pk areas etc. These subpaths are 90% role-play oriented, provide unique spells for members, and political managing just as clans/armies.
-Events, Occasionally official events are hosted with RP backstories, which are usually pretty unique. However there are player run events hosted everyday, and i'm talking 5+ a day often. These events are hosted usually by clans, armies, or subpaths who gain tribute points from hosting events and reporting their hostings to GMs, who award them tribute points to spend on new stuff for the group. The events are almost always RP oriented, more so if you goto subpath ones.
Boards/contests, Subpath, and clan boards are like ingame forums that are easy to access and post on. There are ones for each officially made clan, and ones for the public that are made for people who wanna RP the latest ingame real or unreal happenings. There is a poetry contest every week, you get a legend mark if you win, and its a popular way of getting Ee san(a physical progression thing) but anyone can enter, and they are on RP topics. Every once in a while official story contests are hosted as well, and sponsored by different ingame groups. They usually provide a small-medium reward as well as a legend mark, and is used less often for Ee san but still is to a point. Then of course some player-events include poetry/story contests etc.
I hope this lengthy explanation helps, as you can see this game is very detailed if you let it be, but not too much either. The game ALSO has a good scheduled fast paced and one of the best PK systems, a hunting system that is not capped, and social networking.
