Another one looking for new game

Hey guys, great site, hopefully u can help me as well. I'm looking for some new game to play. I was addicted to WoW and RF Online for the longest time but it all ended when I left my comp with my ex when we broke up. I got a new laptop now and I need something new to keep me occupied. Those 2 games were great but both servers got wiped and I lost everything and I hate starting the same thing all over again. My main things in game are player vs player, guild vs guild and race vs race, I liked a lot RF online because u had to work on your strenght, defence and other attribtes. I don't really know what else to specify so pls ask. Thanks in advance...

Neither game has had a server wipe of character information, maybe you should login and talk to a GM if the characters are missing.

Otherwise, Pirates of the Burning Sea is due out shortly, it's big on PvP.

The above poster is correct on both accounts, and I, too, have played both WoW and RFO, so I should know. I would encourage you to speak with a GM if you lost your characters somehow. Unless you're neglecting to tell us something, you should be able to have them restored.

EDIT:

Also, while Tabula Rasa does have guild PvP, the OP needs to be aware of the fact that TR is a very PvE-centric game, unless something big has changed recently.

As far as PotBS is concerned, the OP would probably really enjoy that game as it has some great faction vs. faction PvP. While the ground combat needs a bit of work, the ship combat is very well done in most aspects.
