Good stuff, looks like even more tweaks to Armor Proc effects which will definately please the vets and ensure the game remains skill > gear.

Wow, already a patch? thats great thanks for posting this A55a5in!
lol already? this patch is 11 days past due ><
u have to give them some credit their company nearly went bankrupt so the company is rescructering give it soem time. this is a major balance cause before this patch u could fight and never get to attack someone due to armor procs. now allthey gotta do is balance speed and ill start playing more again.
Hehe i'm usually used to patches after several months from other games, yah this sounds like a major fix -- I can see how it can be overpowered. The step is definately speed procs.
add: the interface chat needs ALOT of work lol but that only comes last to gameplay.
I wonder what the devs over at Auran are smoking, it seems like this game will NEVER be balanced or skill based.
Procs need completely removed from the game. PERIOD
Knights of Darkness
Undefeated in Guild Wars Pre-CU SWG, Corbantis Server
Former Rank 1 Guild CoH/CoV, Pinnacle Server
Former Rank 1 Guild Fury, Hadralas Server
Hmm... if you were a dev how would you go by doing that?
Thanks for the patch notes I was wondering if Vortal was going to get around to releasing those. Looks like their at least listening to the veteran players who didnt like the idea of procs , maybe they will see how this goes and remove them later if they are still considered a game breaker . At least its a step in the right direction and the input hasnt fallen on deaf ears competely .
Woo hoo! new patch installed and ready to roll!
This is not a real patch, it's all your imagination.
A dead game doesn't have patches, and Fury is Dead, remember?
They went all in bankrupty and now they live under a bridge and started to develop Pacman Online.
(Ironic)
I hope the frecuency of the patches the actuale devs are realasing will finally shut up the mouths of those who still insist this game is dead.
