Will the races all fight each other or only dwarf vs greenskins,elf vs dark elf ,empire vs chaos.And can the races join together in a guild or race only guilds.Reason i asked the warhammer web site said when a guild takes over a keep it will take on the appearence of the race of the guild.

Good question, my guess is a guild race will have to be chosen during the time the guild is made, or whichever race's homeland you are in while establishing the guild will determine the style of the keeps you conquer / claim.
Guilds will not be limited by race, only by realm. An Order guild can have all Order races, a Destruction guild can have all Destruction races.
From what I understand, keep appearance will reflect the look of the front they are won in. If you conquer a keep as Order in Dwarf vs. Greenskin lands, it will look Dwarfish. If you conquer a keep as Destruction in the same lands, it will look Greenskinish.
The only part of your guild directly reflected in the keep's appearance will be the heraldry. Your guild's insignia will be up on flags/banners, showing which guild controls it.
