Population Control is a U.S based guild planing on playing on a ffa pvp server. We have been around for quite a while starting our mmo career in Asheron's Call back in 98 or 99. We are a small guild with currently around 15 members, and our goal is to keep it small with a maximum member base of 30 to 50 members.
