I own CoV and want to return to the game, but need a question to be answered please

in City of Heroes

So I own CoV, but never got around to get CoH. I did try CoH through trials, and I personally prefer CoH over CoV.

 

I received this email a while ago bout Ncsoft buying some studios and in the email, there was this thing written :

"Full Access to City of Heroes and City of Villains®

All players with City of Heroes retail* accounts will now have access to City of Villains, and all City of Villains retail* accounts will now have access to City of Heroes. Players that didn't previously have access to "the other side" will find that they do now. Just log in to check it out!"

That was taken directly from the news archive of CoH's main website, since I no longer had the email).

 

So I just want someone to confirm this before I do a mistake : I own CoV, but I don't have CoH. Does this mean that as of now, if I reactivate my old CoV-only account, I will also have the City of Heroes side of CoX enabled forever, without any cost or need to buy a CoH copy? Cause if so, I'm reactivating right now, cause I'm only interessted in the CoH side of the game.

 

Can somebody confirm or deny this news? Thank you

    Do they get the free jump pack that came with the Good vs Evil pack?  That thing is actually nice in certain place like grandville.  They should just give everyone one, like pennies from heaven.

    I bought both games and I doesn't have access to these, even if I buy CoH for more money then what GvE is selling for these days...and buy CoV for about what GvE is selling atm.

     

    I don't blame them, but someone who buy GvE now will get benefits that I didn't get despite purchasing games for more than twice what he pays + many months subs...I get some veterans reward however that a new player wouldn't have for sometimes...
