I'm currently between games from having not renewed my Tabula Rasa subscription. I'm looking for a game where i can do my thing solo, i have a resonable tolerance to grinding as long as the skills are interesting, pvp and raiding are just not my thing. I like to have a minimum of customization over my character.
I currently have accounts with WoW, Guild Wars, CoH/CoV, Lineage2, Tabula Rasa, LOTRO. The only games in there that seen to fit my criterias are WoW and CoX. I'd hate to go back to WoW because of principles and i usually get bored of CoX pretty fast.
Anything i should try?

Honestly, I would say you should play WoW... If you can get a group of friends it amplifies the experience a ton. Makes the entire game more fun especially 5 capn in AB or running premade WSG groups...
Short of that - give EVE a try and join a helpful corp right away to try and get rolling faster... The corp i joined in EVE gave me a merlin and decked it out for me to use... And has hangars full of skills to take.
Right now i gave up on Guild Wars. Made a hunter on my soon to be expired wow account, it's ok.
I just can't seem to decide where to go. Guild Wars is not really an option, that will last me a week before i can't take it anymore. WoW is meh, i really don't like the community. CoX could work but i don't usually stay there for very long. Last few times i didn't even last a month. There's also Tabula Rasa which i recently quit because mires still isn't fixed. Even when the patch goes live, i'm not sure i want to keep playing it. I don't know if it's because i've been trying to play through the lag or because of the game itself but my last impressions of the game werent good.
I don't really feel like spending money to buy a new box. Maybe when Aion comes out but until then, what do i play?
-Would you like cheddar or swiss cheese?
-Yes.

If you enjoy anime-theme MMO's, both Holic Online and Dream of Mirror Online are worth a shot. Both are F2P with great graphics, although I find DOMO more polished than Holic. Btw, both are pve-based games. DOMO has interesting storyline & great multi-class system, whereas Holic lets you design your own dungeons and quests. Both are good time fillers imo.
RF online? 2moons?
they are pretty grindy though...
