ATI x600 Video Card

I have a 2.8ghz speed laptop rated at 4.0  with 2 processors.  Pentium R w/128 video card. It has all the minimum requirements for the video specs according to System Requirement Lab but yet it failed the minimum for the Video card.  Can anyone shed some light on this?   Could it be that the name doesn't match the spec which is why it failed in terms of which cards are supported?
