Help with installing...

I'm having trouble installing potbs and its stuck on this file wrt_lg.pig

I've restarted in several times before it was stuck on that for 1 hour and not moving along... Can I get some help  on what to do to fix it?

Inactivate background programs, inactivate antivirus?

I know I had some file taking along time to install aswell. I installed from a second drive also.
