Hi 
I have just downloaded Lord of the Rings Online (European), since I am from Norway...
My question is, what realm is recommended on the european version of lotr?
And is this a really good game? Can this be a good game for me and my gf? Now we are playing World of Warcraft...

Well, since you don't say what you like in a game it's kinda hard to predict whether LotRO will be a good game for you and your girlfriend.
As for European servers, the generally most populated servers are said to be Snowbourn and Laurelin but other servers seem to be okay as well. Laurelin is an RP server that I play on and I beg you to not make a character on Laurelin if you don't intend to roleplay. But much better to have a look at the servers boards on the official European website anyway:
