Lf game with good pvp you can jump right into

What i mean by that  there is a good amount of pvp at the lower levels that i could compete in within a week or two, or just has no pve, ive tried GW and didnt like the instancing, and have tried EQ2, but didnt like the amount of twinking, so have you got any other recomendations? im open to all games F2P/P2p, old or new, as long as there are people there to pvp with
