Looking for a game with these 2

I am looking for a game (dont care if its p2p or f2p) and I was wondering if any of the released and releasing games had what i would call WoW pvp (not only like some pvp at the alliance territory if you r in horde or arena battle but those battleground things such as territory controle or capture-the-flag kinda pvp) AND still having really good graphics (better than WoW).

    Tried GW? its F2P, the graphics are very good, and the pvp is very well balanced, takes a bit of skill, is easy to learn, doesnt require a huge grind to get to the pvp and its instanced battlegrounds/arenas, i think 12 a side is the biggest you can get
