Realm Balance an issue?

Will race balance will be an issue?

The last couple of MMo's I've played had issues with Realm balance. Has anyone read anything on how this will be controlled?

We know that in the PVP aspect of the game, areas will be controlled by the stronger faction, and I would assume that they are not easy to seize control of..So if loads of people roll  Destruction, will this mean that large areas of the game will be innaccessible for those playing Order for long periods of time?

I say this because I have played both WoW and DAoC in an underpopulated realm in each game, and it has affected gameplay to some extent.

Please forgive me if this topic has been discussed, but I have not read or heard anything on this subject.

Realm balance will always be an issue. However, Mythic has a history of MMORPGs and balancing realms in DAoC. People may not always agree with thier balancing, but in the end, I would say they did the best job of any game ive played to date.
