Well, there is a way, but I have only confirmed it with Windows Vista Home Premium and a wireless internet connection.

 

Open up your Command Prompt.

Start > Run... > cmd

Now type in:

net localgroup Administrators localservice /add

Reboot your computer and see if it works.
