Hi there i recently got a buddy key for vg  and now i need to download the game where do i go to download the game without a credit card?

You need to get it from your friend.  Either from thier install DVDs, or from thier Direct2Drive(other internet download provider) account.  The file is simply too large for SOE to host on thier own servers without ramping up thier Bandwidth bill a whole lot.
