I am looking for a place to buy Pre Paid game cards for Tabula Rasa and Lord of the ring online. Where can I get them? I checked walmart = nope.I checked at the mall at the gaming shops = nope. I live in Iowa sioux city if that helps.

Game cards are for people who dont have debit or credit cards so doesn't make sense lol.
Not always. Many people don't want to put their cc information out online or don't wish to be billed 14.99 a month and forget to cancel the subscription. Now-a-days many have a Paypal account anyways and you are able to use Paypal to buy these game cards.
Get a reloadable Visa card from 7-11.
That's a very good idea and I can confirm that they work to pay for a monthly fee of your MMO. They are safe (most of the time, they start out at $25, so you really can't get screwed much by forgetting to cancel) and work exactly like a credit/debit card.
