LF casual but in depth game

LF a more casual casual game due to time constraints (not looking at more then a few hours) during the week, but more time on weekends.  But something with some depth.

Ive previously played WoW which im tired of all the 12 year olds and the end game grind.  I also dont appreciate that its mostly gear dependent, and you need to grind for 78907987 hours to get good gear.

I tried EVE and while i found what it had to offer pretty entertaining, it was just too hardcore.
