how do you get the icon under your name?

im new and i cant figure out how to get a cool icon under my name. please help me!!

    Just go to your account settings and you can upload up to five I believe and select one to use :)

    It's called an avatar if you were looking in your settings and couldn't find anything.

    The pics need to be 80x80 a tmost i think. If they are bigger jsut shrink them.
