Can you accept 3 scrolls of res?
Probably not, but I'd like to know since it says that someone can only be the recipient of 3.

No you can't accept 3 at once, your account has to be inactive for 90 days before you can accept a scroll. Once you accept a scroll, you can't accept another one for at least 90 days.
The reason it says that you can only accept 3 is that you can only do this 3 times. If you accept a scroll, then let your account go inactive for 90 days you can then accept another one, but you can only do that 3 times.
