L 20 mage quest

The part of the mage quest which is happening in the cave is ABSOLUTELY impossible to a new L 20 mage.
The opponents are 2 bosses with HP 1440 each, acting as a team.
1 hits for about 100 HP melee, the other for 50+ range.
As such, it can only be done by a higher player doing it for you (teamed with you), which detracts from the idea of EARNING your specialisation.
As I understand, it USED TO be soloable, but successive nerfs have made it currently impossible.
Clearly, that quest need rewriting.

this quest has apparently stayed unchanged while several nerfs had occurred since it was created, making it totally impossible for us to do ==> requires higher level players to do it for you, which detracts to the very purpose of such quest.
