It just seems that I can never find the right game.  What game fills the most of my list below.

1.  Mounts or vehicles

2. Pets

3. Player run economy

4.  Character Customization

5.  RVR/PVP

6. multiclassing

7. More than 4 classes.

8. Decent graphics.

9. Large amount of weapons and armor or clothing.

8.  Crafting

9.  Lots of pickups that are meaningful

10. Housing

11.  Side jobs , ex. fishing, cooking, foraging, mining.

12.  Good spell or skill effects.

13.  Lots of skills or spells.

14. Good questing and story line.

NOTE: My last two games were Eve online and SWG.

Many of the things you mention, I think of Iineage 2 BUT Lineage 2 is a grind so if you don't want a grind, then don't play it.

Age of Conan is the game for you (releases May 20th, 2008):

    1. Camels, Horses, Rinos, Mammoths

    2. demon pets for selective classes (no word on non-combat pets yet)

    3. not sure on this one, but there is a trading post place that's direct sell of items instead of auctioning them

    4. More character customization options then City of Heros.

    5. Yep, PvP is a HUGE thing in this game, including the BoarderKingdoms for end-game

    6. I don't think "multiclassing" is exactly what it is, but players will have a main class type and an archtype, each giving distinctive features. And, it's suggested that prestige classes were made into a new feat tree that'd add to more class typing

    7. There's 12 classes: 3 mage types, 3 priest types, 3 soldier types, and 3 rogue types

    8. Yep, there's crafting.  And, even more, there's no grinding to level it, because it's quest driven.

    9. I think there are, but that can't be determined just yet, except for Beta people

    10. There's no "individual" player housing YET, but there is building guild cities and guild battlekeeps.

    11.  Don't know of any, other then resource gathering, which everyone can do.

    12. check out some of the videos, the spell animations are freaking awsome. Some of the priest spells summon these stone alter thingies that crumble into a pile of rubble after the spell is done or someone attacks them.  Another spell shows this demonalogist summoning demons up from the ground around him that turns all black and portal like.

    13. There's a "Destany Quest" chain that follows from lvl 1 to lvl 80, and then most of the normal quests are dialoged into being something like a real conversation (think like the quests from Oblivion). And, it's Conan's universe, so it's got a great storyline.
