That is why they are putting in the trophy system and specialization system for at glance differences. In the later levels with the number of available trophies and such for 2 characters to look a like at a glance, also with armor dyes. Then they have said the carrer specializing will have an astetic at a glance difference to it as well.

Did you read the text too, or just watch? Full Body, even teh skeletal systems. On a side note, this is the engine BioWare Austin, now owned by EA, is using to build their MMO.

"Full Body morphing technology allows you to set morph targets that can be adjusted by any mechanism you desire. Using these simple morph targets, HeroEngine automatically morphs the rest of the character -- even its skeletal system if need be."

no i read it, jsut full body morphing doesn't apply to WAR. Your character has to fall in line with the IP.

So the only thing you can really change is height and width. Which unless Mythic has a brain fart, will be in.

But making just arms longer, or legs shorter, or one leg shorter then other all that jaz. Unless it done of proportion to the core skeleton will not be very noticable.

So yes while sliders are nice, and I admit i like them. They are not going to change the look character enough to make a very noticeable difference, unless they distort the character out of proportion to itself. Which would not fall in line with the current WAR careers.

That is what I am saying in WAR, they govern by a strict IP.  I bet all male Warrior Priest will be bald, no option for hair at all, and the females will have short hair.  The IP demands it.

I believe there are already two classes that are not actually part of the Warhammer lore, but Mythic was still able to work them in. DoK is one and I forget the other.

My comments about sliders and morphing was focused on the misconception that they are a cause of lag in games. I'm not trying to make the argument that WAR should use this type of morphing technology.
