Free JBoots for pre-ordering?!

I've been keeping track of the pre-order news on a few sites, and gamespot has updated the info a bit more now and said that by pre-ordering not only do you get the character creation disk, but your account key allows you to start with a few items, including Journeyman boots!

Darn only looks like it is for the CD version of the game. Doesn't show any of that special offer stuff for the normal DVD version of the game (not the Special Eddition one). Too bad.

I have seen alot of release dates for beginning of Sept. I have seen a little less for Oct. and I have seen only a very few for Nov. I'm hoping that majority rules, but I keep getting more and more depressed each day that I see Beta STILL hasn't started yet....sigh.
