Seeking High Level / Casual LS - Remora

Since I'm coming back to the game I'm searching for a LS that has high level players, and that is capable of doing some end-game events, but that is more laid back. The majority of time that I play I spend leveling other jobs than my 75 and getting AF and farming for gear for those jobs. So, I don't like mandatory events. However, if the LS all agrees to go do something then I like having the jobs to get it done. Also, a LS that helps others with lower-level stuff like your 2nd, 3rd, 4th set of AF and this is something I like to help with as well. So, in conclusion, does anyone know of a LS that focuses mainly on the leveling parts of the game, such as wanting to form statics and AF hunt, but has the jobs to do optional events if the members feel like it? If so, then please let me know. Thanks guys. I always appreciate the level of input I get on these forums.
