WTF LOTRO ONLINE DOWNLOAD

So, I bought LOTRO download off the website..I guess the online store's name is Turbine or something. When I bought it a "make take a few minutes to verify account information" screen came up. Nothing happened and it stayed at the screen for 15 minutes. I look on my email...no confirmation. Anyone know what happened? The download didnt even prompt.

Afcourse you already have contacted Turbine ( or where ever you bought it from) right?

If not i will never understand why to make a topic like this if you aint tried to contact them first. If you have contact them be aware you might not be the only one who is mailing them so it might take abit of time for them to adress your problem.

Turbine is the developer, by the way, not a store. Like the above poster said, though not very politely, is that you should contact Turbine customer service. They should have that information on their website. I'd also ask what browser you're using. Sometimes either IE or Firefox will have troubles with certain websites and I'd suggest trying the other one. If you're on a Mac sub out Opera for IE and use the same advice (I think Firefox can be used on a Mac, but I'm not sure).
