A few quick questions regarding servers

Hoping that someone will be able to shed some light on a couple of questions...
1. Will everyone have access to all servers (American and European) or will this be dependent which version of the game that is purchased? If restricted, will I be able to play a European version in America and vice versa?
2. I heard/read a rumor that there will be different censorship levels on American vs European servers... can someone verify if this is true.

Regarding servers I don't know. I do know however that there will be different censorship for North America, Europe and so on.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
Yes they will have separate servers for the US and UK, but that is because of different publishers for the clients. They won't be banning IPs, so you can just pick up the client that you want to play with.
As far as censorship goes, I believe that only Germany has a censored product. North America and UK versions are uncensored. Germany has green blood, and less violence.
