I need a new MMORPG game
Hello, I love to play MMORPG games and I need a new game to get into. I started playing Everquest like 10 years ago. Then I started playing Runescape and loved it. Then the update happened where you could not trade with anyone and I quit. I then played Everquest 2 and loved it, but I do not have enough time to play to get my money's worth. I am now searching for a MMORPG game that has these qualifications:
1. Free or small fee
2. Highscores for skills, minigames, ect (like what Runescape has)
3. Has to be a recent MMORPG or an upcoming MMORPG----I want it to be pretty new or an upcoming so you do not get pushed around by old veteran people, and also I do not want veteran people to be so good that you will never be able to catch up to them.
4. Pretty mature community with few beggars
5. Exp grind by killing monsters, very minimum on quests, same with tradeskills.
6. I do not care about graphics, or PVP.
7. No maximum level or a very hard to reach levels. Guild Wars only has 20 levels which I do not like. Would love to play a game where the max level is like 300+ 
If anyone has any suggestions, please tell me. The MMORPG does not have to have all these qualifications, but it would be nice if it did
