The Death Of Gary Gygax

Troll Lord Games, Gygaxe's publisher,  is stating that Gary Gygax has died.  Address to forum freeyabb.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4373&mforum=trolllordgames.  Wikipedia has updated w/ the detail.  Can anyone actually confirm or deny this?  Please deny it.  It is a very sad loss to the industry if true.

    This is accurate. CNN, ABC, and NPR have all done stories about it.

    Gary created a lot of fun for many of us. I didn't realise he was that old. I never knew TSR was his creation also. It actually stands for Tactical Studies Rules. TSR sounds better.

     Sad news, indeed. 

    Gary Gygax was definitely a major influence for our hobby.  He put the RPG in MMORPG.
