Small Group LFGuild PvE-US Server

Myself and a group of about 10 others who have gamed for a long time together are looking for a guild in Age of Conan. We were initially looking to create our own guild but just never got anything off the ground.
We are looking to play on a PvE-US Server with RP optional but not required. Guild of around 25-100 active members that are friendly. We would like to see the guild be a close nit group and work together. The goal would be to create a player city as soon as it can. Participate in PvP a lot but not required its members to do so. Also plan on doing raids a lot but again not required. Dont want a guild with alot of rules but there for fun.
