help with a coercer

I have been learning how to play a coercer and I am having a problem with the charm.  I am at lvl 20 and when i go to use it now it tells me that I do not have anough concentration. what does that mean and how do i fix it to where i can use it.  or what do i need to do to make it work.

Charming requires 3 concentration slots. You got 5. Some/most buffs use up one slot. You have to decide what you want to do with your 5 slots. If you want to charm you have to drop something until you have 3 empty slots. The slots are under your health and powerbar. If you examine your spells they also tell you how many slots will be used.
