What kind of PvP player are you, if at all...

UO, EQ, AC, AO, Shadowbane, DAOC, Horizons, Lineage II, FFXI, PS, SWG, EQ2, WoW, City of Villans, Tabula Rasa, PoTBS, Vanguard, GW, AoC, WAR, DF1, Aion,Champions Online, DC Universe,SWToR, GW2, PS2, DFUW beta in that order I think. (And a lot of f2p games)

what a boring poll since it's going to be hell'a biased. seriously most people just ignore these boring and repetitive PvP topics, and with a title 'PvP and you...' I was thinking: " another guy who thinks he has the right to determine how others spend they're game time, and money ".
as for my PvP flavor; arena's are amazing for a challenge since both parties are there to fight and want to, after that open PvP is required for my favored game type of world building(you can't just have town/house building and nothing to balance it, it's easier to balance crafting systems, and since when players are the world builders you need something besides 'quests/tasks' to keep them entertained).
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

I have long ago stopped trying to defend the age old PvP vs. PVE playstyle. However, I always have believed that the PvP community is not neary as small or "niche" as everyone says it is. I believe that given the right game mechanics and ruleset it is closer to a 50/50 split.
But that is just my opinion.

I'd say consentual PVP for the most part but I'm planning on trying Earthrise, W.E.L.L. online that both have open pvp mainly because they are both sandbox style games they have a phenominal list of features!
