LFGame Similar to WoW

DrasticDayzDrasticDayz Member Posts: 5

I played WoW for 2 years and loved the game but have been getting a little old of the content and such. What im looking for is a similar game as in one with decent PvP, good graphics, good itemiziation, and balanced classes. Thanks a bunch.

Edit - I tried cabal but the graphics are just to meh for me.

    Lord of the Rings Online!

very similar in questing & interface!  There is PvP but its limited and completely optional, and the classes are very well balanced!

for sure EQ2... Havent played LOTR myself but I've tried it. If you dont like EQ2 you shoud give LOTR a chance for sure.

I have given EQ2 and LOTRO a try.  Both games were decent but seemed to choppy.  not my computer, or internet, just everything wasn't really a flow.  I was in the same boat, I gave Perfect World a try and it isn't half bad.

    Time to fix this genre.

I would have reservations suggesting Perfect World against LOTRo or EQ2.  Especially if the OP is going after a game of similar scale as WoW.  EQ2 is about the only game with enough depth in comparison to WoW (don't flame me if you hate SoE or WoW), LOTRo is too young a game, the content is not all delivered.

PW is another kind of game we call grinders.  They might not falling into what the OP seeks, WoW-like.

I tried perfect world, really wanted to like it but the combat... what the hell lol.. you click on a monster, actually have to wait a second for it to load info, then click again and wait till it dies.  I lasted 12 levels.

2moons combat felt good, but it's like fuk off already with these company's trying to make games that will take the rest of my life to finish.  I want kids one day.

I just fight in guildwars occasionally now.  anyone who's played it knows how boring that gets though but there are no other options.  I'm quite interested to read some reviews once aoc and warhammer when they come out.  I can't picture them being any different from any other mmo though.  just another opportunity to live a fake life while wasting your real one.  I dare you conan... be fun lol.  somethin I can play SOMETIMES not all the time.
