Both BBO and VCO have a "twitch" while walking, please advice

I played VCO for an hour but I stopped playing because every time I walk I get this back and forth twitching. Like it's lagged or rewinding and fast forwarding after.
So I tried BBO (just to found it it's the exact same game) and had the exact same twitch in it! Does anybody recognize this and know how to fix it? I tried everything with the graphic options (even tho' I have Dual Core and 8600GT GeForce) but nothing helps.
I really like the concept of the game so I wanna play it more. But come on, with that twitch every time I walk I would have to be super natural not to get an epileptic attack sometime while playing the game.

Well with f2p games you have to expect that there r going to be quite a few bugs and if u plan on playing it you will have to get used to it.
