How hard is it to Cancel Subscription

I am thinking of trying out Horizons' free trial period but i am wondering how hard it is to cancel the subscription. I just have a feeling that since the game is doing so badly and i am assuming they are losing thier ass on this just figured they would make it hard to Cancel Subscriptions so they could bleed you as much as they could. Has anyone tried to cancel the trial period yet and how did it go?

Well, when I went to cancel my account (I actually bought the game sadly) there was no where on the website to cancel accounts. I had to call a telephone number and go through a bunch of automated answering systems to finally cancel my subscription.

You have to go to Ibill.com I believe. form there you go to cancel Transaction/subscription then enter you login name and CC # and it will find it for you. From there you go to canacel Horizons and then your done. you should get a confermation code in your email that you used.

Thats exactly what has kept me from trying it. Hz should consider a free trial with no cc required. More people may be willing to give it a try.

Pffft, its not hard to cancel at all if you have half a brain.  All you have to do is click on th Ibill link they provide in the cust support FAQ's, enter your info and in 30 seconds youre done.  Some people are internet challenged I guess.
