Question about the Burglars stealth

When a burglar sneaks he becomes stealthed from mobs, but can other friendly players see him?

If in the same group yes. If not in same group then sometimes they can sometimes they can't. It depends on their adventuring level and stealth detection level.
In America I have bad teeth. If I lived in England my teeth would be perfect.
That also goes the same for mobs as well, just because you're stealthed doesn't mean that the mobs, any mobs, can't or won't see you.
Depending on the level of the character, will make the determination on whether or not they can see you sneaking around. A level 20 burglar shouldn't attempt to sneak around too many level 35 mobs unless he plans on releasing his corpse to the circle of stones.
That or suddenly realize they see you and run like the dickens! WAHHH!! TOUCH AND goooOOOOO!!!
